Coating
Seal coating is one of the most important elements of a pavement maintenance plan. Walker Paving uses Coal-Tar Pitch emulsion sealer mixed with inert fillers, water, and emulsifying agents. This treatment is used to protect off highway pavement surfaces against gasoline, oil, salt, water and UV rays. Research proves that for pennies per square foot seal coating your driveway or parking lot drastically increases the lifespan of your asphalt.
